Mission
Our mission at Countryside Montessori Charter School (CMCS) is to provide a strong Montessori foundation in a safe, diverse, and collaborative community.

"A" Rated School

Including the 2018-2019 school year, CMCS has consistently been an "A" rated school. This is our 9th year in a row being an "A" rated school.

Florida School of Excellence

CMCS was recently designated as a Florida School of Excellence. To be eligible, schools had to receive a grade of A or B in each of the most recent three school years and had to rank at the 80th percentile or higher for their school type for at least two of the last three years.

High Performing Charter School

For a number of years now, CMCS has been awarded the status of "High Performing Charter School" by the Florida Department of Education.

CMCS School Rankings

CMCS is ranked FIRST out of all Pasco County schools.

We are in the top 6% of all Elementary Schools and in the top 3% of all Middle Schools in Florida.

Media Release: CMCS may submit press releases to local media (newspapers, radio, television, website, and online blogs) that include student names, student work, student photographs, and video/or voice recordings.  If you DO NOT grant permission for CMCS to release your child's name, photograph, schoolwork, and/or video recording please submit a Media Release Non-Consent Form (MIS Form #667) available on the District website at http://www.pasco.k12.fl.us/library/is/forms/mis_667.pdf.  A signed form is considered valid for one (1) school year.
